Brenda Finch
Brenda Finch is the newly hired Director of Treasury for Earthstone Energy, a $4 Billion publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company. Brenda was hired to develop the Treasury function at Earthstone where tasks generally covered by Treasury are currently being handled by various individuals across the company.
Prior to joining Earthstone, Brenda was the Treasury Manager at Citation Oil & Gas, Corp.for 13 years where she had responsibility for cash management, bank relations, borrowing, investing, cash forecasting, derivative reporting, debt compliance, insurance portfolio management and commercial credit. While with Citation, Brenda worked to automate and streamline treasury functions while consolidating treasury activities formerly managed by various departments across the organization. Prior to Citation, Brenda was at Swift Energy Operating for 13 years and was a Commercial Credit Analyst for Compass Bank and SouthTrust Bank of Alabama.
Brenda is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), a Certified Risk Manager (CRM), a member of AFP (Association of Financial Professionals), a member of the Houston chapter of RIMS (Risk Insurance Management Society), a member and two times former president of the Houston Treasury Management Association (HTMA) and holds a BA degree in Managerial Studies and Economics from Rice University in Houston, Texas, graduating Phi Beta Kappa Cum Laude.
Jeremy Reedus
Jeremy is an international finance professional who has helped organizations realize the Treasury department is an overlooked critical strategic partner that is able to enhance the financial awareness of the entire enterprise.
Jeremy has years of experience in establishing scalable extensive structures that are global and transparent in nature. He has a track record of marked increases in efficiency, effectiveness, and internal collaboration throughout his career. He increased his global network immensely as he worked on some of the largest financial projects in the world while abroad in the Middle East prior to the pandemic.
In his role as Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance for the Americas at Air Liquide, he is responsible for standardizing Treasury through the Western Hemisphere and drive/support initiatives to continue optimizing banking infrastructure and cash management processes.
